TEXTILE EMBOSSING
Textile Embossing is a process whereby the design image is embedded into the garment using extreme pressure, heat, and a special backing, creating a three dimensional effect , and makes for a very unique look. If you are looking for something which differs from the ordinary print medium, this is it. While we can retain fine line detail with embossing, the best designs are those made up of bold lines, thus yielding more loft and shadow detail.
We use a special "soft hand" backing which allows extra comfort. Embossing is quite durable, with an average life expectancy of approximately 50-60 washings. For an added effect, you can combine embroidery or screen printing with embossing.
